Please help!

I am trying to collect data (count) from multiple columns by using the "countifs" function but I am not getting it right.

I have attached a sample document of what I am trying to achieve.

Highlighted in "yellow" (G3:G6, H3:H6) is what I am trying to collect/count.

Any help/guidance will be truly appreciated! Thank you!

There is no need to repeat the link(s) provided above but if you have posted the question at other places, please provide links to those as well.

If you do cross-post in the future and also provide links, then there shouldn’t be a problem.

What's wrong with the answers you got on the other site, almost half an hour ago?

No problem with that, but a solution was posted on the other site 25 minutes before you posted here. So do those solutions work?
