Non-typical structure of data in the pivot table, how to?

1) I have the table with columns:
- Buyer
- Country
- Product
- Revenue
- Quantity
- Actual vs. Forecast (Yes/No)

2) The problem is I can not structure the data in pivot table properly. I need:
