Non responding page, 3rd time today

A few times today ive seen on the same page (Not Responding) at the top of the page.
I also see a blue animation going around in circles.
I then do ALT CTRL DELETE & close it that way.
I open the same page where im offered to save etc.



Can i track this down somehow to fix it.

So an update with regards this issue.
I would get this at least 4/5 times a day.
I would click the floppy disc save icon & most of the time it would then not respond.
I would have to ALT CONTROL DELETE to close it.

So yesterday & today i decided NOT to use the floppy disc save icon but to use the X top right of screen.
Yes i am them asked do you wish to save etc BUT since doing this i havent encountered the issue.

I am using Microsoft Office 2007 where i use the Excel & Word items.
I am using Windows 10 64 bit PC
