Non-Excel question (Password request to scan (Very urgent))

Dear all,

One of my smart coworkers has put a password on shared folder of HP Laser Jet 700 color MFP 775 PCL6 scanner. I'm unable to scan contracts or reach him since he's on vacation for a month.

I need to create another folder where the scanned documents will be moved to. Can you please explain to me step-by-step please? (I'm really weak when it comes to technical issues)

Unlikely that anyone on an Excel Forum can help....but have you tried contacting Hewlett Packard.

Hi,

A couple of suggestions, there's probably a software bundle/suite for the printer/scanner on the computer. I'm pretty sure you can adjust settings from there.

If not, save your files on a flash/portable drive, take it to the local copy/office store, and scan, send them from there.

Aside from these, as Michael M have said, don't think you're going to get anymore help.
