How do you calculate the minimum value of a measure not including blanks in power pivot?

The example clarifies the question:

Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Does Min() also work with measures?

The example in the first post represents the "result pivot table" where the two last columns are measures. How to write the last measure is the actual question.

Well, no. MINX does.

Replace Min in my first attempt with.

MINX (
VALUES ( Table[Column that matches the rowsin your pivottable] ),
[Measure]
)
