no show on report

Hello,
I have a form that I set up a for a schedule. In that
form I have a textbox that is unbound that I use to show
the "Week of" the schedule. On the form I use a calendar
to select the date for the "Week of" when I click the
date on the calendar it populates the "Week of" text box.

I set up a report to show the schedule and everything
except the "Week Of" date shows. How can I get the the
date to appear on the report?

could you refer to the form in a text box on the report with

=[Forms]![Calendar]![Week Of textbox]
