Hi,
Can someone help me, it is very odd just recently I stopped receiving notification if I want to save an excel file before closing when I tried to close an excel file.
Usually I receive those so I will know if i saved the work I've done or not.
Can someone help me how to bring it back?

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
You will not receive that notification unless you have made changes to the file since the last Save. Could that be why you are not seeing the notification? If not, do you have any event macros in the file(s)?

That's my point, I know I've made some changes but when I accidentally close it it won't even ask me if I want to save it before closing. So all the changes I have made will be lost.
I don't have macros in those files. I only had 1 file in all of excel document that has macros in it but I've already deleted that file as I am not using it.

Not sure what the issue is, but you might want to auto save more frequently and check the box that says "Keep the last autoSaved version if I close w/o saving: Go to File>Options>Save>Save Workbooks to find this box and the time interval setting between auto saves.
