I'm primarily an XL user and have very little knowledge of access. I've developed a program in XL, with the front end, created by someone else, in Access (as a security/entry measure). This program is sitting on a network at our client, and the users all access the program via their desktops (shortcut). Everyone is able to get in except one person.
The shortcut takes her to the log on screen, but once she inputs her username/password, the following message appears, and I have no idea what it means. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, even if you just point me in the right direction to find the answer!
MsgBx:
-2147467259- [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
Obviously, I checked to make sure it wasn't already open (that shouldn't matter anyway), and this person DOES have permission (I double-checked that info).
Thanks in advance for any advice!
