I can catch what he wants, as follow :
1. he wants unique list from a range (multi column)
2. he wants to summaries (counting reoccurence) on each result
3. he wants a formula, not UDF or not macro or not Add In
4. no helper cells if possible

can you do that??
put this on my list of challenge :
