Next Level Gantt Chart - Trying to Copy Certain Data

I have a spreadsheet with four sheets: 'Full Project', '1', '2', '3'.
On each is a Gantt Chart with activity table, the full project sheet has the data for the full project, sheets 1-3 contain the same data for only selected periods of time (each third of the project timescale effectively).

The sheet is shared between 5 users so I want the users to insert data only onto the 'Full Project' sheet and not onto multiple sheets. And therefore, once the data has been inserted into the activity table on 'Full Project' I want it to be automatically copied into the relevant other sheet dependant on the date provided by the user. I.e. I want each row in the activity table to be copied to the other sheet and sorted date-first.

There's another way I could do this that I know of but it seems clunky to me so I don't want to go down that road yet and so wanted to see what options there are for me.

Any help, or any further questions would be great!

If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
