I am working with a massive amount of data from several different sources. You are probably going to be hearing a lot from me !

I am trying to take data from two different sheets and turn it into a table of its own. I did this by running a query. Everything works great. However, when I turn it into the table, for some reason, one of the numeric fields (the Vendor Assigned ID #) changes to a number that has nothing to do with anything o_O ...

Also, the autonumber field that is set up (Training ID #) with a format of 400XXX changes to just the XXX part....

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Thanks for any help...

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
I suspect that The autonumber field has formatting applied to the table which is not carring over. If you look in the table design you should be able to copy it over to the query or wherever you intend to display it.

Can you post the SQL for the query then someone may be able to tell what is happening to your other ID field.
