I'm running the New York Marathon in 2 weeks' time.

It'll be my first one (and last, probably) and it's on my 40th birthday. What a way to celebrate!

I'm raising funds for 2 worthwhile causes - my local lifeboat station, and a children's charity that I'm Trustee for.

If any of you would like to help with a small donation, that would be very much appreciated.
