New to accesss, help

i have just started the database

when creating the forms i had the wizard format some entries tobe numeric and not text cani change this.

when i go to format it only gives me currency options.

real newbie to access, please have patients

Hello

If you are having trouble changing the format on the form, it is probably because the format needs to be changed on the table. This is where the form gets its format from so if the field was formatted as a 'number' on the table, then you can't change it to 'text' on the form. You first have to change it to text back at the table design screen.
