Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

I've just purchased the following with this in mind.

"Running Access 2000" by John Viescas
Published by Microsoft Press
ISBN no = 1-57231-934-8

find at http://www.microsoft.com/mspress

Comes with sample databases on CD-Rom and covers pretty much everything from basic design right through to fairly advanced stuff - It's certainly easy to follow and helping me bucketloads.

Hope this helps.
