New Source Data auto-include in Pivots

I have a master data sheet with 200K+ lines. Every month 30k- 50k lines are added to it. In my pivots that are sourced from this data, I have a customer list where I have filtered out some customers who I do not want to be included in my pivots. Because of this, whenever new customers are added in the source data, they appear at the bottom of the filtered customer list in my pivots, and are not included. Is there a way to have new source data items be auto-included on any filtered lists in my pivots? I've already excluded what I don't want, so I want any new stuff to automatically be included. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried recording a macro where you select all (to pick up the new records), and then go through and unselect the values you don't want? Then, assign that macro to the pivot table, to be executed whenever you refresh.

I didn't, but I'll give it a shot. Thanks.

Based on your response. I'm guessing that this is expected behaviour that has no built-in override?
