New sheet by user on a shared book

Hello,

I would share an excel file with some people and I would like that each time an user who will open the file a new worksheet will be created. This new worksheet will be based on an template and named with the microsof account of the user. If the same user will open again the file, He has to come back on the worksheet that was created the first time

Do you think it is possible please?

It can use VBA. I read some webpage on how to log the connection on the file but not nothing I would make...

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
