This morning, we had Pair put in a new server. It is faster and has 2.5 times the memory of the old server. This was a quick decision to try to alleviate some of the problems. In a perfect world, I would have posted BEFORE the upgrade, but the folks at Pair offered to do it right away, so we had them do it.

While the upgrade was happening, I was flying to Redmond for the Microsoft Publishers Summit. I understand some tables were whacked, but based on the e-mail traffic, I need to thank Smozgur for dealing with Pair and getting things back up and running.

Sorry to everyone for the downtime. Ultimately, this hopes to be a better system for everyone.
