New Server Online Weds Afternoon

Hello Everyone!

We upgraded the MrExcel.com server yesterday to a new, screaming fast machine. It has 12GB of RAM, and the new Intel i-7-920 processor. The last server upgrade got us through about 23 months of growth. This new processor has three times the RAM of the previous machine. We will see how it goes.

We know there were some password issues initially.
There is still a setting which is preventing the store from processing.
If you see any other strange behavior, please post it here.

Also, any reactions if the board seems faster, slower, up, down...

Everything seems fine at the moment, but last night - your afternoon - there were problems.

But that was probably to do with your server changeover.

Wow. So far substantially faster. Very zippy thread loading. (10:44am: -7 GMT)
