hello again

I need to create a new record in one of my forms from a seperate form when a button is pressed, the furthest i have got is knowing how to create a new record in the current form
Code:
docmd.gotorecord, ,acNewRec
Applying this to add a new record to a Different Form has proven to be quite difficult, any help would be much appreciated

cheers

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Hi
Do you mean that a button on form A must open FormB at a new record?

Try:

DoCmd.OpenForm "FormName",acNormal,,,acFormAdd
