Welcome to the forum! You've made a good move! I owe most of my Excel knowledge to the forum. I'm sure most here will say the same. A good way to improve your knowledge is to answer questions that challenge you. It doesn't matter if a question has been answered already, if you have a different way to skin a cat then do share it with the group. If you do this then in a matter of months your skills will be greatly improved.
