Hi everyone:

After much development work, I am making available a very useful excel worksheet that tracks your medical records and data. It has fields for blood tests representing CBC, Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Misc. blood tests, Immunology, Urinalysis, Pathogen screening and Imaging. All data entered can then be automatically plotted in a graph/chart by simply clicking the word "plot" in each column. It also has a place to store those plots, should you wish to print them out later.

Now, when your physician asks for your past medical data, you can bring him/her this handy printed Excel summary report. It will also enable you to see all your medical data in one place. Just be sure to keep it up to date.

Enjoy

here is the link to it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/us2o1ns7yl9zcb5/My Diagnostic Tests-public.xlsm?dl=0

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
This link doesn't work anymore is there another one we can use?
