For the last 10 months I've been employed on a temp contract along with a number of others (from various business disciplines) to evaluate our business processes and then use the new business processes that we develop to make a decision on a new ERP system for the business.
The next stage will be to select and implement the new system and this will mean we will have permanent positions within the business, but as yet we do not have proper job titles.
Our manager is thinking of "Business Process Analyst" as a title, but we're a little unsure that this fits the bill. I have put forward my ideas (below), anyone else got any good idea's (both funny or serious).
Data Detective
Process Innovator
Human Computer Interaction Guru
Business Process Detective
Business Process Guru
Business Process Engineer
Misconception Eradicator
Idea Merchant
Minister of Enlightenment
Conductor of Magical Processes
Business Process Ninja
Business Process Knight
Business Process Evangelist
