My first post ! :) I am fairly good in MS Access and good at formating data in Excel. The person who did all the charting and Pivot Tables has now left and I will be doing that as of now. I am mainly a data guy and need to get up to speed on creating these charts for EOM. Which one of the books can get me up to speed pretty quick ? It looks like I mainly need to create bar charts, pie charts, and quite a few Pivot Tables. I can create the basic bar charts but I don't know the technical stuff like adding a "Acceptable Grade line" to the bar chart (The prettying up). Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi & Welcome to the Board!

The one webpage you should definitely have bookmarked is this one:

http://peltiertech.com/Excel/

It will likely show you everything you need. Books are good but I'm a firm believer that you only learn by doing, so you're only really going to learn how to create them when you actually come to do it. When that time comes (maybe you'll have a go in advance of the actual deadlines) your best friends will be that webpage I gave you and this Board as you can post whatever challenge is facing you and probably get a suggestion as to how to go about solving it within 10 minutes.

John Walkenbach's 'Excel Charts' is extremely good if you do want to get a book.
