Tracy advised you to edit your profile - you can do this using the "User CP" link - it is the left-most link in the horizontal bar above the message area.

In addition to editing your profile (there are some new fields there), the control panel allows you to manage your subscribed threads, private messages, and more.

Once you're in your Control Pannel, there's a few items I'd like to highlight as they are either new or didn't transfer with the old board's settings.

All are found in the 'Edit Options' area of the Control Pannel:

  • Use Invisible Mode - Didn't transfer
  • Default Thread Subscription Mode - New (sends emails by default)
  • Time Zone - Didn't transfer
  • Message Editor Interface - New
There are other new items to review as well, a fair amount, actually, but make sure you review these items, at the very least, for a pleasant forum experience here at MrExcel.com. :)
