Respected ,
How to use networkdays. intl in --excel 2007(here only networkdays formula is available which has default to sat, sun-system date)
as here weekly off is friday, so weekends can be counted as thu,fri
here we cant change system data from GMT+5.30 and weekends as sat, sun as it will create issues in accounting files.
But the work is outsourced so has to keep a tab on employees working at a remote place.
like fri, sat there are various combinations like wed-thu and so on.

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Hi

Please try offsetting by 2 days
Sat, Sun are 2 days after Thu, Fri
Eg: If you need to find working days between A and B, please try finding out between A+2 and B+2 with the NETWORKDAYS formula
