Hi There,

I need a bit of direction. I've 3 criteria ( Stage1,2,3) and based on each criteria I need to calculate networkdays, Which isn't too difficult and I managed. What I need is if its stage1 the difference betwen dates if less then 10 then pass else fail. In stage 2 the diifference is 20 days or more then fail and for stage3 is if difference is less then 30 days then pass else fail.

I can do first criteria, but to merge i'm not getting my head around.

Please help!

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
This should work ok with dates in A1 & B1 and your Stage in C1.

=IF(NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1)>=LOOKUP(C1,{"Stage1","Stage2","Stage3"},{10,20,30}),"Fail","Pass")
