I am getting incorrect results using networkdays. The calculation gives me 246 but it should be 245. I wonder if the fact it includes a leap year day it is not calculating correctly? Thoughts?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
No, it looks right to me.

Look at your last holiday: 6/19/2023
That is NOT in your date range.
So that means that there are just 14 holidays within 7/1/23 - 6/30/24, not 15!

Solution
O man you are a genius. I have been struggling with this for days. I even asked a co-worker to review. A fresh set of eyes always helps!

THANK YOU!

You are welcome.

Yep, I have been there myself! Sometimes it is hard to "see the forest for the trees", and it takes a different set of eyes looking at it.
