Hi all

Does anyone know what the maximum number of nested formulas (I think they are called) is I can have counted in 1 cell?

I have a team of 30 each completing a time sheet and want to create a master sheet which will automatically look up the relevant cell in each sheet and count up the totals and also a cell for the average on my master sheet. I think I know what I'm doing but just wanted someone to reassure me 30 is doable before I waste my time trying if not.

Cheers

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hello,

If you're referring to nested IF statements, the limit is 7. There are other solutions. Can you post an example of your data?
