Need VLOOKUP to Find Matching Entries

So, from the attached - What formula would I use to find all the job numbers found in columns A, E, I that match and have values as detailed below?

So, all jobs that are in the peach section with values in columns J,K,L that are also in the gray and blue sections

and...

all jobs in the peach section with values in the J,K,L,M columns that are also in the gray and blue sections

I can add attachment if needed - How?

The short answer is that you cannot post files or images here. If you need to post files then you can post them elsewhere and drop links to them here, and images can be placed at common photo-sharing sites and also linked.

Most of the time it's possible to show a sample representation of the data that you have and the return values that you want to get, and then ask "how do I get from what I have to what I want?" being sure to list the necessary parameters and constraints. If you'll revisit this question to show some "representative" data (not actual data in case there are any personal identifiers or other sensitive material) and what you hope to obtain in a query or formula. I am looking for the formula/function that will give me:

All matching job numbers from columns A and E (and their corresponding dollar amounts from column C) in 2 categories (tiers)

The result should look like...
