Need vba code

I need to create a MS access file for a master data and one Excel file for working purpose,
whatever data working in my excel file in day to day activity will be update in my MS access file so that my manager will
track all activity daily basis,


can any one help me on this process.

1. you can connect the excel file directly as an external table. But that means only 1 person can be in the excel file and nobody in the access table.
or
2. import data from excel using TransferSpreadsheet:
docmd.TransferSpreadsheet acImport ,acSpreadsheetTypeExcel12 ,sTable,sFile,true,tabName
