Need Urgent Help with "Range" / Borders in Attached Combo Graph

Thank you for reading this post. I inherited this combo graph as part of a larger workbook. The challenge I am facing is that the Milestone (Positive) Graph Values in columns H43 - H48 cannot exceed 50 without going off the page; whereas the Negative Graph Values can seem to go down -100 and beyond.

My urgent need (and frustration) is to be able to increase that value beyond 50 - Even at the expense of LOSING capability below. Ideally, from what I can see in our data set - being able to go to +80 and -80 Top and Bottom would be PERFECT.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
