Need Urgent Help With Accees

My cousin a nurse sent me a question to help her with, she knows nothing about Access, even computers in general. and im only familiar with excell

I was wondering if anyone here can help with the questions,
I tried working on it by multitasking while im at work but im not able to pull through

This is obviously some sort of assignment. Is she taking some sort of Access class?

While we can help with specific questions, this forum is not a good substitute for a class. We cannot teach you how to use Access (there is not enough time/space).
And we make it a policy not to do people's homework assignments, tests, etc for them. That would not be ethical.
If they make an attempt, and show what they have done, we might give them tips to point them in the right direction.

In order to do the things listed on those images, they will need to learn a bit about Access first.
I would recommend either picking up a good introductory Access book (I started with the Microsoft "Step-by-Step" series), or find some tutorials on-line or on YouTube, and start working through those.
