Need urgent help on this

I want to have validation while saving (without using macro)

Lets say i have cell A1 to A10. If i enter data in cell A1, only then it should give validation message while saving that "Cell A2 to A10 should not be empty."

Generally if cell A1 is not blank then cells A2 to A10 should not be blank (without macro)

That isnt possible without VBA.
