Office 2007 and 2010 are both excellent (I happen to prefer 2007 but I am in a minority - partly because I prefer Access 2007 to Access 2010, and partly because I don't like the File tab in Office 2010).
I'm not familiar with Access 2013 - should be at least as good or better than the 2010 version I think.
Unless you have a strong reason to do otherwise, install the 32-bit version of Office - it's a little more friendly as far as third-party addins, utilities are concerned. I'd only use the 64-bit version if was doing seriously heavy data-crunching.
Whichever version you choose, you will need a few days to get used to the "Ribbon" but you'll be fine once you learn a little about it - it's highly customizable, which is a plus.
