For work I need to track a bunch of different flights daily. What I am trying to do is make a spread sheet were I can input in one cell (A1) airline code, next cell (A2) flight number, and next cell (A3) date. Then I need the the information to be inserted to the hyperlink (cell A4) . In my mind the hyper link should look like this: Flight Tracker, but oblivious this dose not work. Ive been raking my brain and searching the inter web for weeks and can not come up with an answer. If i could someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Hi, welcome to the board :)

many members, myself included, are not able/permitted/willing to go to file-hosting sites. Can you show samples of your data here please, along with expected outcome

I apologize about that. I wasn't trying to get anybody to go to a site. the hyper link I was trying to post is: flightstats.com/go/FlightTracker/flightTracker.do?airline=A1&flightNumber=A2&departureDate=A3. Basically all I need to do is click on the link and have the the web site pop with the info that I need. example would be cell A1 UA, cell A2 5615, A3 2017-01-09. So when I click on the hyper link the web site will come up with the info I need. I hope this helps.

I just meant that I cannot view your file, wasn't implying you were trying to redirect :)

I think you will need more than just the carrier/flight number/date to create that H/L, you will also need the actual web site you link to (which may be what you showed above)

OK playing around a bit, I can get the HL to open that site, using...
Insert tab/Hyperlink/Address Flight Tracker

But I cannot see how to include the data from those cells - doesn't help much, I know :(
