need to sum of two columns

Dear Friends

I am writing fe programs in excel in VBA & i want to use this formula BY VBA coding.
=SUM(F2:H2)
for the columns F and H & the answer i need is in column I

this runs for approximately 1000 rows

i am using change by value event for the worksheet

can any body help
