Need to Separate Names and Addresses

Hi all!

I need to create mailing labels with a list of data I've received. My lines have one, two, or three names. I tried to Convert Text to Columns, but there are just spaces separating the text.

Here's an example from my list:

Paul & Joan & Marjorie Roderick 75 E. Charles Street Long Branch, NJ 08005

This is how my label should look:

Paul & Joan & Marjorie Roderick
75 E. Charles Street
Long Branch, NJ 08005

Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated!

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK

Welcome to the MrExcel forum!

As names and addresses can vary quite a lot, instead of one example and making us guess what else might appear, could you give us 8-10 varied samples of original and and the corresponding expected results. Even then, there may not be a perfect or viable solution, but at least we would know what there is to work with.

My signature block below has a link for good ways to post sample data that we can then copy/paste to test with.
