Need to make a Top 250 revenue with a crosstab

To make this work I need to build a Crosstab query so that I can show revenue per quarter per store. But I need to see only top 250 of the 2000 stores.

In a normal query I can choose top 250 if I sort by revenue but I don't see the same functionality for crosstabs

I look for a solution either in the query section or is it possible to make a report that only shows top 250? Either way is fine by me

Create the 'normal' query that shows top 250.

Then base the crosstab query on that.

Hmm how?...I need the total for all 4 quarters and then base the ranking upon the totals. And then in my report I need to show each quarter and the total
