To make this work I need to build a Crosstab query so that I can show revenue per quarter per store. But I need to see only top 250 of the 2000 stores.

In a normal query I can choose top 250 if I sort by revenue but I don't see the same functionality for crosstabs

I look for a solution either in the query section or is it possible to make a report that only shows top 250? Either way is fine by me ;)

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Create the 'normal' query that shows top 250.

Then base the crosstab query on that.

Hmm how?...I need the total for all 4 quarters and then base the ranking upon the totals. And then in my report I need to show each quarter and the total :p
