I have very basic knowledge on Excel. I am using Excel 2010.

I password lock excel sheet from Review=> Protect Sheet.

But i find in Google that it can be broken easily by putting a code in Alt+F11 window.

Is there any way to stop entering code in Alt+F11 window?

Or any other way to stop unlocking my locked Excel Sheet?

Please, guide Me..

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
The short answer is no - Excel's protection is really not that strong.

I didn't know people can bypass protection through VBA. So there really is no way to protect an Excel sheet from editing? What about using the worksheet.protect method?

The worksheet protect method is the same as what is being done manually via review. If anyone with a good knowledge of Excel wants to bypass the workbook or worksheet security then they will.
