Need to keep the same date as per 2nd table formate

Hi Team,

I have data in table1 and I need to paste Table 1 date in the 2nd table but I need the same format as the 2nd table

can anyone help me with the macro... it is in the PPT table

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
