What is the best way to find someone to help me develop an Excel ad-in or utility. Ideally I'd like them to be local (New York area). I've found it surprisingly difficult to find someone.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Please post your requirement for add-in here and perhaps you will be helped.

Welcome to the Board!

You can send an e-mail to Bill Jelen's (aka Mr. Excel) project coordinator at consult @ mrexcel.com.

They do great work and are reasonably priced.

Looking for help with a worksheet. I can explain details as follows:

The spreadsheet has multiple worksheets that get info entered as to the swab results taken. I would like it set up to total the number of good and bad swabs and give a percentage result. If possible can an out of spec (Bad swab) automatically generate an email to the dept with the bad swab? If this could happen it would be great. It may help to see the spreadsheet but this is what I am thinking, but it is a work in progress. Thank you
