Hi I am Harish. I have login, logout and time spent in work everyday.

Need to find out the work shift based on the login and logout values.

Welcome to MrExcel.

The data you have posted doesn't seem to match any of the shift patterns. Why would someone start 3 hours after a shift begins and finish 3 hours after a shift ends?
