Hi,


How to extract only the list of customers with balance to pay?


I have attached a screenshot link and i need to get the details of customers with balance to pay in a separate table.

Also need to get only the total balance amount of the customer as shown in the screenshot.


Somebody Please help me. I have been trying to find a solution but couldn't find it.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please be little more detailed? as am a beginner. I know to create a Pivot table and labelling it. how can i extract this?

Hi,

Another option maybe would be to use Advanced Filter

Try this

1 – Copy Heading Balance to Cell H1
2 – Enter in Cell H2 >0
3 - Go to the Data tab > Advanced

4 - from displayed dialog select following

• Copy to another location
• List_range: Select ALL the data including the HEADERS
• Criteria_range: Select H1:H2
• Copy_to: select G3:H3

5 – Press Ok button & records should copy across
