I have a master Inventory with 3 sheets for all the end users of a client of mine.

This client of mine from time to time requests that I prepare to them an inventory exactly with the same look, but only for one certain end user.

Sheet 1 is overview for the prices per quarter that each End User will have to pay for HW and for SW separated and then with a total.

Sheet 2 is a list of the hw machines they have in their inventory, with a collumn specifying to which end user does every machines belong to.

Sheet 3 is a list of the sw machines they have in their inventory,
with a collumn specifying to which end user does every machines belong to.

I would like to be able to press the end user name on sheet one in order to export the data to a completely new Workbook with the same formatting as the original Inventory but with Sheet one showing only HW and SW prices and the total of this both for the End User I have clicked and Sheet 2 and 3 with only the machines for this End User also with the exact same formatting.

Is there such an option with VBA?

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
