Need to create subtotal in new column

We are working on SBI software and they do not give access to allow custom creation of files. I am trying to create a sales analysis and inventory spreadsheet in Excel using data pulled from SBI using multiple reports. I currently can pull data without a subtotal of the numbers with a unique plant code for each crop of plants on the ground. I am looking for a way to subtotal numbers and eliminate extra rows and only have one line with all plant totals.

Currently plants are in the system with a plant code, and either "Ready" under the date or multiple dates under the "Date" header. The numeric date is week and month of the year.
I want to combine all Available numbers into two types "Ready" and "any numeric date codes" combined.
