Hi All,

I'm looking for the help in Creating a Input Form using MS access which stores the data in Excel.

If its possible to create a form which stores data in MS excel then can someone please help me in doing that.

My thought is - There should be an icon on the desktop which enables users to just open the Form to enter the data and only the management should have an access to the Excel sheet to view the data

Awaiting the possible solution.

Regards,
RK

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

Is there a reason why the data needs to be stored in Excel, but the form is in Access?
It typically works better/easier if BOTH the data and form are in Excel, or BOTH the data and form are in Access?
Just wondering the reason why the both cannot be in the same program. If they are not, it is probably going to require some VBA code, as Access cannot update Excel files directly without using VBA.

Also note that shared use of Excel files can create problems - the biggest concern will be that updating data is difficult or not possible if multiple people are using the file.
