need to change column headings from figures to Alphabets

Hello,

Suddenly i found my excel column headings changed to figures instead of Alphabets and i need to know how to back to alphabets column headers.

Example: instead of A B C D E F of column headers it became 1 2 3 4 5 6 and i need to get back to the alphabet column headings.
