Hi all. I am new to this forum.

I have a worksheet where a person has to work 208 normal hours for a basic salary. If he work less than 208 but has any sunday or public holiday time then i want to take the difference of normal hours less 208. Then from there i need to pay the sunday hours at a rate of 0.5 for those short hours then what ever is left of sunday hours will be paid at rate 1.5.

Example:
Normal hours worked is 192 hours and i have 24 sunday hours. So i should pay 16 of the sunday hours at 0.5 rate which is 208 less 192. Then the remaining 8 hours sunday time should be paid at rate 1.5. I need a function to split the hours. And if i dont have enough sunday hours to fill the 208 then it splits public holiday time as well until you reach your 208 hours. The rate of 1.5 and 0.5 is not inportant in this i need the hours to be split.
