Need to add and remove with out blank space

Hello, Looking for some help. I want to see if there is a way where I can have a userform with per-loaded word lines (numbers) like below but to check mark the ones I want to insert or remove but keep it group together.

If you move your clarifications and exclusions to somewhere else on the sheet, or onto another sheet, you can do it all with a single formula as shown in A6 by marking the lines you want to include in column M. These could be checkboxes if you wanted.
