I am in need with some assistance with Excel. I am looking to do an inventory for mileage on fleet trucks I have on my construction site. I have basic knowledge of building a chart displaying all the vehicles the unit #'s and the mileage. What I was wondering is there a format I can use to enter the mileage for that reporting period each time and when entering said formula a warning will tell me when that truck is getting close to the 8000km mark? For example if the number in the cell compared to the sum of the previous entries gets within 1000km of 8000km so I can have a user friendly chart for when these trucks need to go into get service for the field staff? Thanks for the help I am really trying to make this as professional as possible being an ex field worker who is now in a office setting hahah.

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
All you have to do is set up a conditional formatting for where your mileage are located.
